If you are having a behavioral health crisis such as thoughts of suicide, immediately go to your closest hospital emergency room or call the statewide hotline 1-877-266-4357. All Alaska hospital emergency departments are prepared to assist and connect you with behavioral health services that would be most beneficial for you. As you know, in Alaska you may be in a location where access to hospitals/phones are not available, please reach out to your local clinic, a friend, or family member to get connected to emergency care.
